To Build or NOT to Build before moving to Costa Rica

Before building a house in Costa Rica, there's many things to consider.
Like many others, she chose Costa Rica. She will retire in 5 years at which time she will sell off her remaining 'stuff' and make the move from the United States to the land of 'Pura Vida'. She has already purchased some land in order to build a house. After numerous attempts she has finally found someone she said she can "trust" to manage the building/construction of her new dream house. She told us (William and I) her story over a few cups of coffee. Afterward, we encouraged her to consider a few things before actually starting the construction. This video is based on that conversation.
