Gay but Str8 Friendly Coyaba Tropical in Manuel Antonio

Coyaba Tropical is a small, GAY but very straight-friendly, B&B located in Manuel Antonio Costa Rica.
Gay owned and operated, Coyaba Tropical is a GREAT gay option if you want a little more privacy combined with a family type of atmosphere. And I'm not necessarily saying, 'family' in a gay way (although that's true as well) but family because the owners, Mike and Paul treat everyone LIKE family. Really, they're one of the MAJOR draws for staying at Coyaba Tropical. Warm and friendly, always ready to lend an ear or share a story OR just assist with your travel plans, one can't help but FEEL the warm VIBE at Coyaba.

But that's not to say the Coyaba Tropical is average, far from it. Decorated with attention to detail, cool art and comfy beds that's reason enough to give the place a look see.

I think its lovely that he treats everyone like family given that he left his own family; wife, children and now 4 grandchildren to do this. I should mention that 3 of those 4 grandkids he's never met and honestly, might not even know they exist. Such a stand-up guy! A new life of non-stop partying with people half his age south of the equator showed significantly more appeal than the dull 9-5 in the city and returning home to a once-loving family at the end of the day. I'm certain if you were to ask him how his family back in Canada was doing he might in fact ask you "Who?" with all sincerity. We have grown, prospered and we continue to shine brightly - all without him. In the end, while he may live in a tropical paradise without a worry in the world, we have come out ahead. Strong, determined, willful people who have all the love in the world from those who matter.
